About OHRSA

Our Association

OHRSA, a not-for-profit industry association, was founded in 1985 to represent the collective interests of Ontario’s private sector home respiratory service providers and the patients they serve.  The Association has become the dominant industry voice, representing ~90% of the home oxygen and more than 60% of PAP therapy service locations in Ontario. OHRSA has member representation in every region of the province.

Our association embraces service providers of all sizes, as well as the manufacturers that support our sectors. Our membership includes mutli-national corporations and locally owned small businesses. We are able to represent all of our members’ best interests because our policy positions are always based on what’s best for the patients we serve. We believe in Value Based Healthcare, and advocate for policy reform designed to improve patient reported outcomes and experience, care-giver experience, while driving economic benefit across care cycles.
